Our first order of business once on site is to prep the surfaces set to be painted. This process involves power washing, scrapping, and cleaning any dirt or buildup present. We prime any new and bare wood exposed from the powerwashing. We then check all caulking to make sure all joints are sealed to keep out any moisture.
